In order for you to access information you must provide us with sufficient information to enable us to identify you. Any requests for access must be made in writing to OEE at the address provided under the heading ‘What To Do If You Have a Problem or Question'.
In addition, if you feel that any of your personal information held by us is incorrect or out of date, you have the right to request that the information be updated or corrected. Alternatively, you may login to your personal account and change your personal details yourself.
If you no longer wish for OEE to hold a record of your information, you may make a request in writing that OEE destroy or de-identify the information. OEE will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the information is destroyed or de-identified by secure means.
